Hot air balloon

A traditional sport in the region, hot air balloon rides are an extraordinary adventure.

The Grand Hotel Park has its own hot air balloon for the guests to use with a pilot and co-pilot in residence.

Weather permitting, the balloon flies over the valley of the Saanenland, guided simply by the wind.

The 360° panorama over the valley is incredible.

All of the surrounding mountain ranges are unveiled in magical silence. Strong emotions are guaranteed.

Skating Rink

Taking a glance back at the history of the hotel's gardens, a skating rink is installed every winter.

Skating in this beautiful place evokes the most beautiful postcards of the region.

Nearby, a charming tent makes is possible to get ready while the small chalet offers hot drinks and comforting sweets.

Shazz, a musical identity

The musical programming in the Grand Hotel Park’s restaurants and bars is wholly the work of the artist Shazz, who quietly came on the scene as one of the pioneers of the celebrated “French touch.”

Shazz, a Paris resident since the mid 1980s, has collaborated with Ludovic Navarre (a.k.a. Saint Germain) and Laurent Garnier, amongst others, while developing his unique sound on his own recordings.

The atmosphere, whether it’s mid-tempo lounge in the bar, hushed in the Grand Restaurant, lively in the Marco Polo, or smooth in the Greenhouse, is Shazz offering his own version of an experience that’s undoubtedly luxurious, refined, and smooth.
